The well-known hymn tune “Aurelia”, written by Samuel Sebastian Wesley (1810-1876), is associated in Ray Steadman-Allen’s setting with the text of Samuel John Stone (1838-1900).  The style of the tune is transformed in this concert march arrangement.

The Church’s one foundation is Jesus Christ, her Lord.
