"Missionary March," composed for the Comanche Brass Band of the Arkansas and Oklahoma Division, under the direction of Connie Barrington, resonates with the dignified strains of "Pilgrims," serving as a poignant reminder to its audience of the Christian ethos. The composition encapsulates the notion that believers are citizens of Heaven yet remain steadfastly engaged in the earthly struggle against sin. With unwavering assurance, it draws upon the resolute proclamation of Romans 8:37, heralding the triumphant assurance that through Christ, victory is assured. 

Within its chorus, resounds the anthem: "Salvation Army, Army of God, Onward to conquer the world with Fire and Blood." Here, the fervor of devotion meets the zeal of spiritual warfare, as believers march forth with a divine mandate, propelled by the sanctified ardor to vanquish all that opposes the kingdom of God. Through this melodic declaration, the composition encapsulates the ethos of the Salvation Army, heralding its mission to transform the world through the purifying flames of divine love and the redemptive sacrifice symbolized by blood.
